You can use the old hero editor for the legacy game, create your character, modify them and then copy paste the save to the d2r save folder. Needless to say, whenever I load my file, I witness my own death without even time enough for a keystroke to open a portal. I couldve sworn there were some back in the day. I've already made a start but there are 200,000 lines of code so it is a big project. I'm also interested in collaborating to produce an annotated ASM file.
